Refund and Return Policy
At Habcigars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cigar purchase. If you have any concerns, please review our refund and return policy below:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- All returns must be made by mail within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Only unopened containers are eligible for return, except for damaged or defective products.
- Cigar Boxes, Bundles, and Tins:
- All returns must be pre-authorized via email at info@habcigars.com.
- Cigars returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee deducted from any refund (if eligible).
- If the cigar box, bundle, or full tin unit is unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for pre-authorization. Photo evidence is required for damaged cigars.
- New, unopened cigar boxes, bundles, or full tin units may be eligible for a full refund minus shipping charges. If more than one cigar is missing from an open box, bundle, or full tin unit, it may be eligible for a partial refund for the amount of cigars returned (minus shipping charges).
- Cigars that have been cut or smoked are not eligible for a refund.
- Promotional items must be returned, or a restocking fee equivalent to the retail price may be deducted from any refund (if eligible).
- Cigar Samplers, 5-Packs, and Singles:
- Cigar samplers, 5-packs, and single cigars are final sales and cannot be returned.
- Cigar Accessories and Other Merchandise:
- All returns must be pre-authorized via email at info@habcigars.com.
- Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (deducted from any refund, if eligible).
- New, unopened merchandise may be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
- If unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for pre-authorization. Photo evidence is required for damaged cigars.
- Humidors that have been seasoned are not eligible for return.
- The manufacturers of Lotus® and Vertigo® accessories provide a lifetime guarantee. Contact us at info@habcigars.com to arrange a return or replacement.
- Virtual Gift Cards:
- Virtual gift cards are final sale items and cannot be returned.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Once your return is pre-authorized, you will receive a link to our Returns Portal to initiate the return.

- All orders are subject to product availability.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
